::There are maybe 2 good employees here. Otherwise they are either rude, petty, lazy, or unsure how to do their job. Two were even downright disrespectful, with one raising their voice during a transaction and another insulting me. After a month of frequent visits, I will never spend money here again.

::I knew I made a wrong decision when I decided to go to this location rather than my usual one. I know it tends to get extremely busy in the morning but the unapproachable staff and the chaotic setting made it terrible to even know the status of your order. You’re better off going to the Starbucks in Barnes & Noble across the street.

::The baristas are super knowledgeable and recommended a great drink but it’s an extremely long wait during morning hours because the cashier is also the food preparer. That doesn’t make sense to wait over 20 min for a 15 seconds microwaved sandwich. They need to give the cashier help!

::Love this Starbucks! The location is so convenient; a couple of miles outside of DC. The staff is always so helpful and kind. I can always trust the coffee will be brewed fresh at this location!

::This place always have good service and coffee. The staff is always smiling and helpful, this is my only spot I like compared to other locations. My experience always been the best after 60 visits literally lol. Stop here and enjoy the experience.
