::What a ridiculous place. My husband works at the Publix in the same shopping center and was kicked out while waiting on me to pick him up. It was 31 degrees outside and it’s literally Christmas time. You should be ashamed of yourselves. What a disgusting, rude, unfathomable thing to do at Christmas. Shame on you Starbucks.

::This is BY FAR my favorite Starbucks location!!! Doesn't matter what time of the day, if the line is wrapped around the building, raining, short staffed, whatever!! This team is FAST!!!! I stay on a tight schedule and they never disappoint! My drink is always perfect, and for some reason their chocolate cold foam is extra chocolatey and I LOVEEE ITTT! I Also specifically appreciate CAROL!!! This lady always has a warm greeting and a positive attitude!! Thank yall so much! Really missed you during the Reno 🤣

::At this outlet, I noticed an unique thing in outside seating area: a small bowl for pets with Bethany Bend words engraved. Interesting thought: may be pets also like Starbucks and want to hangout with their humans. Coming to store: one side seating, other side offerings. Service is quick. I could not see usual display of snacks. Thisv0lace has a restroom as well.

::I come to this location once every few weeks to work for the afternoon. Brooke is generally working on the days I've come in, and every interaction I observe of hers is so positive, kind, and thoughtful. Brooke is considerate to her coworkers and the patrons that come in. I observed her helping a new employee train the cash register, answering questions patiently and never getting frustrated, even when she was busy making orders. Brooke was happy to give two teens water multiple times, and even happily gave them a puppucino for their dog. Her patience and joy are contagious. Thank you for brightening my afternoons, Brooke. You're doing awesome!

::Lovely spot and great service. They ran out of cold brew at the end of the night and still whipped me up a great iced coffee. Very friendly and competent staff, clean and well maintained. Chill vibe and lots of great merch, always end up buying a new glass or mug when I'm in town
