  I almost wrote a 1 star review about dishonesty when communicating with your customers... but Jacob came out and offered me a Starbucks gift card for the miscommunication from another employee and apologized multiple times. Jacob should get a raise and a promotion because he understands the importance of being honest and loyal to customers. He also shook my hand. 5 stars Jacob! Thank you. I appreciate you.

  The staff is very friendly and kind, the service is great and they will serve you in a timely manner! The place is very clean and the bathrooms are so very neat and clean love, love, love the cleanliness of the whole entire place! A great place to visit!

  Store hours are a bit misleading if you are wishing to walk into the store. On weekdays, the drive-through opens at 4:30 in the morning, but walking in patrons are allowed inside at 5 am. I only post this because I want to save you the awkward situation of trying to make eye contact with those wonderful Batistas.

  This Starbucks at 2Cal plaza location is the best by far. The baristas are very fast and personable. They remember our drinks and get to know us.
