  Love this Starbucks. We always order ahead with the app so we don’t have the issues with the slow service some of the other mention. Lots of space to sit and enjoy the atmosphere. All those nice things said, the parking lot is RIDICULOUS in the morning because there are no lanes painted for the drive through. Of course when pulling into a drive through without lines people will just sit in the middle of the parking lot. This prevents those of us that like to park and go in from getting in or out of parking spaces. For now I suggest parking at Kroger on busy mornings. I’d give 5 stars if you will solve this simple problem with a can of paint!

  We came inside and received no greeting from the 3 employees working. We stood in front of the register for over a full minute again unacknowledged. It wasn't busy either. When she finally came to the register, she didn't welcome us and hardly smiled. Just asked if we knew what we wanted. Also the trash was overflowing in the lobby and in the restroom. I will be taking my business to Summer Moon. The only reason we even came was bc Summer Moon was closed. But usually Starbucks has friendly employees. Such a disappointment.

  Slowest Starbucks ever! Every time I visit this Starbucks I sit in line forever! Tried going in once thinking it would be quicker waited 10 minutes and asked how much longer and they forgot or passed up my order! I try not to go to this Starbucks... coffe is good, but if you're in a hurry I would go somewhere else.

  I have always gone to the Starbucks on 377 but have never been truly satisfied with their customer service or drinks. I tried this keller parkway location recently just to see if maybe I just don’t like Starbucks anymore and was going to start saving my money instead. So I gave it a shot and even though it’s a bit further from my house and I have to deal with more traffic in the mornings to get there I go out of my way to go to this location. Lita has been at the window the last few times and she makes my morning every time; she is super upbeat, friendly and happy to be there and it shows! :-) thanks for all that you do to serve us!!
