  First starbucks barista to say i couldnt get an ice coffee with no ice. Ive had plenty of coffee with either light ice or none without prob. Pretty aure she didnt want to do anything out of her way. Not that difficult. Dont give me a dumb excuse.

  Bad customer service. Their register is always down. My wife waited about ten minutes to be asked what she wanted to order. Starbucks worker was too busy chatting with a Target worker. I rather drive to the one on Spring St and California. They are so respectful and show how much they care about their customers.

  I go to Starbucks for the atmosphere and free Wi-Fi. But you can get cheaper coffee elsewhere.
