  Make wrong drinks and slow all the time. Not recommend if you are in a hurry.

  Awesome staff! Very attentive and my mobile order was delivered right to my table to my own surprise. Way to go!

  A great Starbucks polite staff quick service and typically not a long wait.

  This is the worst Starbucks location and I have been to more than a few. I mobile ordered and so did my friend and they never called out the fact they had our orders ready. I am lactose intolerant and and I always out of habit, ask if they used soy milk and they lied! I write this review from a bathroom. You may laugh but, milk really hurts my stomach. It's not fun to run around New York looking for a bathroom. Horrible customer service! I won't be back!

  WOULD. NOT. VISIT. AGAIN. If there is an option to give 0 star I would. I work less than two blocks away from this location, I've given them plenty of chances over the past two years. they: 1) routinely uses the wrong milk, not that I really care about the extra 60 cents I pay for special milk, but when someone is lactose intolerant, having a regular milk latte instead of a coconut milk latte that was ordered is very disastrous. 2) have bad manners 80% of the time 3) takes their sweet time to take/prepare orders Today was the last straw, I went in to pick up a coffee at the end of my lunch break, was pressed for time or I would have walked the detour and picked up my coffee at the 48th and 3rd location. Two ladies were standing around, in the general vicinity of the order line, either waiting to use the bathroom or waiting for someone that was using the bathroom, we asked them if they were waiting to order and they said they weren't. So we stepped past them to a cashier when all of a sudden someone behind the counter NOT at the cash register barked (YES, BARKED, really loud, really pissed off attitude) at us to GET IN LINE. We then told her that those ladies were not in line, at which point, with a demeanor, she yelled at us to make a new line in an unusual location around the two people that were standing in the order line and not waiting to order. Not that I think us paying customers should get different treatment than the non-paying ones just waiting to use the bathroom, but shouldn't she have nicely asked them to move away from the ordering line instead of yelling at the paying customers to form a new line? On top of that they got my order wrong again, WOULD. NOT. VISIT AGAIN. and YOU. SHOULD. AVOID. TOO.
