  First of all😂they made my drink wrong and they took a long time to take my order at the drive-thru when there wasn’t a line … then they took even longer to make 2 drinks ..and like I said there was no line . When I told them my drink was wrong she gave me an attitude like ??😂🤔

  This Starbucks has to be the worst ran location on the south shore of Long Island. Coffee is always watered down, when you order through the drive through, the staff gets your order wrong at least on a third of the visits, then lastly, they can’t even follow simple directions to make your coffee right. It’s come to the point that I rather just make my own coffee at the 7 Eleven two blocks north of them on Straight Path.

  No cold brew and the employee was so into restocking straws that she didnt even come over to take our order. She made us call it to her then she had to ask a 2nd time. Poor customer service.

  Barista was very rude. Tried ordering several times but she was too busy restocking the straws. When she finally took our order she acted as if we were inconveniencing her. Then her boss came and she acted like a whole new person. Became polite and helpful.
