  The attitude kills. I rely heavily on customer service and this place is just not up to par as a "starbucks" employee. I never went back ayleast for over a year and its right across the blvd from me.

  This is what they gave it to me. And they asked me what’s the problem. I asked them no water no ice and they only gave me half of the ice coffee. And said I got to pay more to fill the cup. Awful attitude. Not sure if the manager of Starbucks knows about this situation. I was just planing to fill my Starbucks reward card. Now I think I’ll never go to Starbucks. Or at least this Starbucks.

  This is the closest Starbucks to me and I generally order via phone and pick up. It’s always crowded here, there is rarely seating because it’s packed with kids. Customer service in the mornings and early afternoon is great so far, and they usually get my order right.

  I went in today around 3pm to study and upon ordering my drink I encountered an extremely rude employee. I did not get his name, but there were two guys who had beards working that shift when I went there and he was the shorter one of the two. He did not greet me or acknowledge me when I came up to the counter, condescendingly looked at me when I ordered my drink and made me repeat it, did not ask for my name, just completely turned away from me when I was done ordering, tossed me my drink onto the counter, did not give me a receipt when I was done paying, and did not say anything to me when the entire transaction was over. I had to say thank you before he said thank you to me. I also work in the food industry and I know sometimes we have bad days, but this is not how you treat customers. It's disgusting. I've been coming to this location for years now and I've never had to experience such rude servicing before. I hope the staff learns to treat future customers with more respect and politness.

  Excellent service. It's usually packed so it's not a great place to work in. Open till late so you can always get your caffeine craving. There's another one close by with a drive through though so if you're driving I would avoid this one.
