  here in NyC on vacation from overseas- been to other star bucks. Been great. However staff here are rude. Its like they dont want to be here especially the big lady.Depressing AF. Crack a smile at least women its not the end of the world.EDIT- giving this place 1 star. Was givin wrong coffee. Never coming back here.

  Although they didn't have my matcha flavor, they did a great job and had speedy service.

  It's covenient. But manger is rude and always complain when helping other Co workers with customers. I avoid this Starbucks. It honestly used to be friendly and good service but in the last year or so has declined. Wait is too long even when there's not a line. I go to the one by my job instead and I used to come to this one everyday. I think they need new management or something here.

  I realize I'm ~super petty~ to leave a bad review about retail service at a chain restaurant type place, but I do hope higher ups read this! Manager here was super rude. Don't verbally cut customers off as they're ordering, don't talk over them, don't walk away as they're ordering to serve/shoo homeless and kids, definitely don't yell 'I wasn't talking to you!' to a customer who has placed, paid for, and waited for much longer than necessary for an order you didn't correctly fulfill, and is just asking for the forgotten pastry. Managers who do that stuff training other baristas is a problem.

  I thought this Starbucks was really fast and my order was ready quickly. They are really good at making sure you got what you ordered. I am allergic to milk and online I ordered whip cream. When I went to pick up my drink, they asked if I wanted whip cream because I ordered soy milk. My drink was delicious! ☕
