  I enjoy Starbucks and have left several good reviews for other locations. Sad thing is this one is the closest to my house and the most disappointing one that I frequent. I stop at other locations in the evening to get my item for the next day not to have to wait at this location. Today once again I ordered a tall frap on line ahead of time. It has now been 10 minutes of waiting and seeing the baristas in conversation and it still isn't ready, with only me and 1 patron in the building. The pic attached shows what a slow service Starbucks looks like Unfortunate for me

  When i think of Starbucks i think of consistently good coffee. This place has on numerous occasions, failed to live up to that. Couple that with the drive thru line that pours out into the street and its just not worth it here.

  Bad customer service, screwed-up my order. Ordered egg and cheese croissant sandwich CSR changed it to egg and cheese with with different bread without informing. Complete disregard of customer consent. On top of that my chai was was water down, asked for two extra shots of chai and lady told me, I have to get back in line and pay extra for it
