  Poor customers service. Only one barista working both the cash register and the latte machine. Funny though as there were 3 other people in Starbucks aprons just standing around and changing the music station.

  Pésimo servicio al cliente, me trataron como si fuera que yo le estuviera pidiendo, cuando estoy pagando por algo y me dieron lo que no es y reclamo que pk no le pusieron lo que pedí cuando le enseñe que era lo que quería, según ella nunca vio que era, claro por estar hablando con sus compañeras no puso atención, en vez de estar pendiente de su trabajo lo que estaba en coro. Trabajo en tienda y se el trato que se le debe de dar a los clientes, creo que personas como esas no deberían estar frente de un negocio. Según ella se llama Carmen, pero en ese Starbucks’s de Macy’s no vuelvo a comprar mas. Con personas así los negocios nunca avanzan.

  The service is good but not very clean. On a number of times, in the evenings, I have seen mice running around.

  Honestly they need to learn how to get their stuff together. 75% of the drinks contain whipped cream so how do they just run out? And they don't have the sandwiches shown for display? Its terrible. I love Starbucks and I was excited for the opening of one at Cross but this is garbage.
