  Been coming here since I was a kid. Never had a bad experience until today. Everyone is always nice and I'm always nice to anyone who is serving me. Today I ordered an iced beverage and me and the lady( who was very helpful and friendly ) went over it with me -iced and soy because lactose intolerant. He girl who made my drink was very rude long curly brown hair and tattoos . First she did the order wrong- hot. I kindly said "I ordered an iced soy latte" she took the drink and THREW IT in the garbage with an attitude and said " you need to say iced when you order." I kindly said " I did but it doesn't matter I'm sorry anyway". She remakes it and I double check it's soy and said "soy right" she SHOUTS NOPE! WIth an attitude throws it harder in the garbage than the first. On top of that she's texting with her friend who's sitting in the chairs laughing at me and making comments about what happened both through text and making one worded comments. They both make eye contact with me and laugh. I called later to tell the manager and the phone has been off the hook since 4. Wow

  I just went to get a cup of coffee before my meeting that they were not open yet! I was waved away at the door after calling to confirm the hours!! Find a different spot, it is 7:30am!!

  I am a nurse and wanted to get coffee before working a 12 hour shift this Saturday. I tried to open the door, two employees looked at me and continued what they were doing. I see the sign says they open at 630. It was 615 at that point so my boyfriend and I decided to wait in the car. 5 mins later, at 620am, they are still setting up and I see another couple walk up to the door. The male employee opened the door and let them wait inside until they were ready to take their order. After he saw that we were waiting outside, he locked the door again! I see the female customer walk up to the counter and they start to take her order before 630 but wouldn’t unlock the door and let us in before 630!! I don’t know if they are racist or just plain rude. I am so offended by this branch and will never go back and make sure I tell all of my co-workers not to go there!

  I love going to this Starbucks not only because it's close to home but because of how friendly everyone is. They remember my drink for the most part and remember my family and ask how my daughter is, totally going out if their way to be extra courteous.
