  Both my drink and sandwich came out incorrectly. Employees were more focused on their own dramas instead of actually getting a the order right. Unfortunate.

  I got the wackiest fappaccino there. It was like drinking ice chunks. I asked them for more powder and they laughed at me for being an entitled customer or something. Then I felt kind of bad because maybe I shouldn't have complained. Then my friend asked for some and I was like sure it's all yours. She took a sip and immediately was like "dude, what even is this", so it wasn't just me!! I should have just gotten a bubble tea our something like that.

  They seem to be more focused on customer service here than the other nearby Starbucks stores. Must be the kind of crowds who show up here, I am not sure but it's an observation. It's also more spacious than the other nearby stores.

  worst Starbucks ever, the cashier was rude and then they forgot to prepare my command and when I asked they told me why I didn't say it sooner. never going back. try the other one, one blocks away at least they are polite and the place is clean.
