  Pedí un café frío, y me lo dieron caliente, le dije a la mujer y me lo cambió por uno frío, me lo dio de mala gana, y estaba tan malo que no me lo pude tomar,....

  Slow Not sure why they understaff this busy location 1 cashier and 1 barista on one of the busiest shopping days of the year So many people walked away from the slow long line

  was there couple mins ago, they forgot my order, and all people after me got their orders. untill i asked the lady twice,she started doing mine, not even a "sorry". worst Starbucks i have been

  I had asked for a cappuccino. Tasted the cappuccino and it tasted beyond bitter. Tried to fix it by adding what I usually do whenever it is too strong for me. I wasn't able to make it to what I like. I asked the lady, in a nice way, if she can sweeten my drink. She flat out tells me no because cappuccino is not sweet and that no Starbucks does that. I told her that I've been to multiple Starbucks and they have done it. Again, the answer is no and she tells me to do it myself. Well, I threw my drink away and I'll make sure not to revisit. What a great attitude.
