  very bad service.. Yesterday, I came with my daughter to ask for a unicorn frappucino, and the girl told us that was for a limited time, We said, oh it is ok thnx and we were going to leave, when she said I can give you a sample of other frappes, and we accepted. But the problem was the next day, there was another girl, called BRENDA , who said that they don't give samples, because they are busy( and the place was the same as busy than yesterday). and I told her that we got a sample yesterday , but she refused to give it to us. Beside that, she had a bad attitude and poor customer service, and when I ask for and smores frappucino she gave it to me without caramel. The place where the make the coffee was a mess and when she give us the cup our hands get dirty.

  Very bad service!! I took my mom there for the first time and the girl that works there looked at us in a racist way. She gave us an ugly look and gave us our coffee after the people before us. She didn't even make it right . I can't believe this issue from this Starbucks has been resolved . These kinds of people give Starbucks a bad name

  Decent store. Service is on par with your average Starbucks, despite being a Target location. I've seen a lot of bad reviews on it but I go there all the time and I have never had a problem. In regard to one particular review, it is definitely not closed.
