  Not the friendliest staff, but not a big deal. Worst part was that men's room smelled like a homeless camp - Obviously hadn't been cleaned in a long time and so the stale stench of urine wafted out. Thought I was in the subway somewhere sad.

  It is clean, but whoever is serving drinks make sure there is no mess on the body of the cup. It is just a suggestion.

  The barista was having a bad day today. But in service industry, if you have customers onsite, smile at them as they will smile you back. This might make you feel better.... Location is great. Just the service... SMH.

  The cashier I had was very pleasant and helpful, but the man who made my drink was very rude and unprofessional. When I was inquiring about why the price at this Starbucks was more than the one I normally go. He was very dismissive and said the prices just went up. I would go 20 minutes out of my way to a go to a different Starbucks rather than this location.

  The bathroom is disgusting. Nobody there knows how to clean and they don’t want to spend money on a cleaner. It is a biohazard. I waited for my cappuccino for 10 minutes with no customers in front of me because the guy forgot it was on the machine as he slowly wiped the counters down with a dirty rag. No friendly greeting. Not welcoming in any way. That’s the last time for this store. I’ve seen a rapid slide. Now, I wonder about a public health hazard. If get sick, I’ll know why.
