  Been twice, against the recommendations of the people in my office. Looking at my name on the card and getting it wrong, fine. Screwing up my drink order, not so much. Went down to get it returned on the card, done with no questions asked. I guess with the amount of people downtown repeat business is not needed. Find another location if you have time.

  I visited this location on my way to work and ordered a venti caramel frappe, they had the size wrong which they comped by giving me extra in a second cup, but the drink was really bad. It was super bitter and filled with way too much ice. Not only that, I waited 15 minutes for something that is usually done in maybe 6/7 minutes. I definitely will not be visiting this location again.

  Really, really, really dislike this Starbucks location. As a Starbucks fiend who gets coffee every morning and expects quality when spending $5-10/ day, I find this location very disappointing. Every barista here has a bad attitude. When things aren't made correctly, I am met with poor customer service. No one is happy with their employment. And the COFFEE SUCKS. If you love Cold Brew coffee like me, don't even think about going here. The cashier admitted that they pre-dilute the CB in the pitcher so they don't have to do it by the cup. This means more-than-likely the CB is always watered down and if you want it remade, well, you're going to get the same thing since all the pitchers are the same way. Unless you're getting basic drip coffee, don't go here.

  The most subpar Starbucks. The drinks are often burnt or wrong. I've even gotten drinks that are only 3/4 full.

  The store was clean and the customers recived there orders on time. How ever i have purchased starbucks silver coffe cup i asked for water and the male barista at this location was rude and not friendly at all
