  Terrible. I ordered using my Starbucks mobile app an Iced tea lemonade with light ice and waited 1/2 hour. My order was filled because I brought it to their attention about my long wait. When I was offered an cup size upgrade it was filled with more than 1/2 ice. (See pic).

  If I could give no stars I would!! Never go to this place in the early morning because the service sucks!!! I often stop by in the late evening & the workers are phenomenal but this time since I had to be up super early I thought I would go in well I walk in at 6:25am there's one gentlemen who just ordered as well as a woman picking up a mobile order so of course I say to myself this is great since there are 3 workers well after waiting 5mins just for the guy to come back for my order in walks another worker which brought the total up to 4 workers so I was not worried when the place backed up really quickly long story short after watching them halfway complete mobile orders I asked for a refund on my one drink at 6:47am never go in the morning!!!

  Zakia and Spencer are very sweet and their customer service skills are awesome. Derek on the other hand was very rude i was in the middle of speaking with Zakia about my order, he walks up and cuts into our conversation to tell her to help someone else who had already been help and wanted a refill. Then he got an attitude with me for stating she was in the middle of helping me and they will have to wait, HOW RUDE 😡

  An error was made on my order and after I addressed it,the girl who made it decided to get upset and had an ATTITUDE that was taken out on the blender and utensils. I even offered to pay the extra money if there was an error. The young lady who took my order was on point with the menu, and made a mistake. It happens .But the girl who made my drink shouldn't be in customer service. Throwing things around isn't the answer. I usually come here and WILL address it with her boss.

  Extremely slow service long lines that move slow. Nice staff so I'm thinking POOR management is the issue. Leave plenty of time it can easily take 15 min to get a simple coffee.
