  Poor customer service. Lost or “didn’t get” online order then didn’t prioritize the order to make things right.

  The workers are always super nice here. Its a short walk here from my house which is nice.

  Why are there no employees at the store in the morning? The store opens at 5:30 am according to the hours listed, but I waited until 6:00 am, and still no one to open the store.

  Comfortable despite the construction in the parking lot. I was able to sit inside for a few hours to catch up on work through the ebb and flow of customers and never felt distracted or disturbed. Food, drink and staff at usual Starbucks standard, plenty of seating and plugs for devices and stable WiFi access.

  Employees didn't know how to transfer the balance from a cash voucher to gift card. There were four/ five of them and just acting dumb. Just trying to impose the face mask requirement. Experience for no reason. One of the worst star bucks.
