  This location is spacious for the area. It's attached to a mini Target, but also has a separate entrance and feels more like a standalone Starbucks. The staff here are quick and friendly enough. The bathrooms are pretty gross and not inline with the cleanliness that Starbucks typically maintains - then again, many places in this area offer no bathrooms, so it's a step up from the side alleyway. There are a few steps down from the entrance to the main area, but is still wheelchair/stroller accessible via 2 options. One is a platform elevator that I've never seen in use and is blocked by the garbage cans. The other is a long ramp accessible from the Target entrance (which then requires you to zig zag the width of the Target to get to the Starbucks.

  I love Starbucks! Great coffees and delicious treats, not to mention fantastic customer service.

  not a great spot. the manager is there late nights. the staff take advantage of the fact that most of these students are not confrontational so they try to intimidate. they turn the music off 30 minutes before closing. then the employees constantly yell across the room to the students every 5 minutes up until close time saying "25 min until closing. 20 minutes until closing, 15 min till closing. etc " this has happened on several occasions to the point if you don't acknowledge the manager as she yells across to you, she walks up to you in a sarcastic tone and says " reminder we close in ... minutes"The manager has had a few bad encounters with my friend , yelling at her for grabbing one of the spices off the counter??random other things . the manager is really not professional. i have given them many chances but i don't think ill be going here again. plus seating is limited. Starbucks Company , you should definitely do a quality rating on this store!!

  Their coffee is ok and everyone there is so nice except for one woman who acts high and mighty and is a bit arrogant.
