  I have to say this starbucks is an embarrassment to the brand. The staff is extremely unprofessional. I know this is the Bronx but starbucks needs to do better with the staff at this place.

  Worst ever, nice ppl but they work slow, take Forever to make the drinks. And every time I come it's something they don't have. The other day they had noticed coffee

  Its a great place, a lot of chairs, but not my type of coffee, preffer coffee from other places.

  Worst ever, let me start of by saying that. Only 2 ppl were on this spot, and one guy was talking to someone other then a customer which was distracting him from doing his work, seems like it was a friend of his, omg I have never eek waited so long for a drink in my life, I'm not saying that every time I get a drink it's fast but DAMN! This was freaking crazy, they need new staff that will not be distracted by friends and while they are at work it's to work not chit-chat. Get this shop some better staff members. ASAP.
