  Very busy. Very efficient. Plenty of friendly staff. Very clean considering how crowded it was

  Great place to meet. Though lately the music is very loud... Would prefer jazz and coffee rather than heavy metal.

  Great location. Fast service. What else do you need to know? The parking can me an issue sometimes. The place is not really a destination but more a place you stop in to grab a cup of coffee after going to the Gap, Brookes Beothers, Barnes & Noble etc.

  Had to go back into the store to have them remake the two coffees we ordered. Tasted like hot water.
