  This store has gone down hill fast. It used to be one of the best and most well trained staff to the absolutely slowest in the area. Estimated pick up times are never correct. It’s safe to add 10 minutes to your order time because they are always behind, even on a slow day.

  It took 45 minutes for two regular coffees. That's not even an exaggeration. If you want to get a mobile order in plan ahead because they either have a fault in their ordering system or a fault in how the team works. And we weren't even some of the longest waiting folks. We saw a lady who was there for probably ten minutes longer than us. Starbucks headquarters, yall need to come here and see what the issue is since it's the only starbucks with this issue in the DMV.

  It's 750 on a Friday, and this place is busier than the ones at the airport. There are 7 staff behind the counter and one outside handing out order pickups, and it's still taking forever. Poor staff!

  Every time I come here I am paying over $6 for a grande drink.. same drinks other Starbucks around the $5 mark. Secondly today I ordered the same Pumpkin spice cream w/ cold coffee and not cold brew as yesterday and it was made totally different w/ whipped cream.. I tried to explain to the barista that it wasn’t the same drink and she started arguing with me.. I never wrote a review about this place bc it’s close to where I live and I put up with differing prices, but she just irritated me to the point that it was time to say something… little gal, never ever fight with the customer… the customer is already paying a stupid amount of money for a coffee, you can hold your tongue and see it from a different point of view!! And just fix the drink!!! Customer

  - super friendly staff. - Clean business. - quick service. - employees were nice and had smiles that were welcoming. - nice atmosphere. - the coffee was good, a lot of Starbucks kind of suck at making your drink but they did a good job at this location.
