  I work for Starbucks so I’m surprised this was a less than pleasant experience. The partner on register was kind despite getting my order incorrect. I asked for four pumps of toffenut syrup - only got one according to the cup. I ordered a nitro cold brew with sweet cream. Nitro cold brew is meant to be drank out of nitro lids due to the nature of the drink. I asked if they had any more nitro lids since I was given a regular grande/venti flat lid. They both ignored me and talked to each other. Neither wanted to go to the back to check so the older woman said don’t have any and walked away. It sucked since this is a specialty drink and the closest nitro store in my district 40 minutes away. Kind of a bummer and they weren’t sorry or polite about running out of lids.

  I just wanna know why would they add sugar when they have it on the side, my drink should be sugar free if I don't ask for sugar!

  Good cup of coffee, as you'd expect at Starbucks. Being a tourist-heavy place (as the view of the Manhattan bridge is just down the road) some more seats would be good for people to sit, but other than that, it was a good place.
