  Clean and new. Run out of stuff all the time. Nitro that is advertised all over has been broken for months but the signs are still up for it. Seemed a bit more organized when it first opened but has begun to have a few troubles.

  This is the worst store I have seen. There was 7 fly inside the breakfast glass shelf and I asked the supervisor and she toldme they don't serve from those sandwich but this is not good for food safety. This supervisor is such terrible person she is so bossy for the customer.

  Didn't get what I ordered. 2 other folks also but everyone was nice about it. New store so I'd expect a few growing pains. Lovely inside. Very spacious and clean.

  The new layout is interesting, but tends to be too dark for me. I visited it both during night and morning and couldn't tell a huge difference. The staff was attentive and had my beverage ready really fast considering they had many customers. The drive-thru was scary at 8 am, I would much prefer to park and walk a little than be part of the line, but that's just my preference.

  For the times I’ve gone here, they have gotten my order wrong more than they’ve gotten it right. I ALWAYS get my coffee with soy...because I like soy? NO...because I’m lactose intolerant, but they never seem to get that part right. The last time this happened, my husband called to talk to the manager and some guy impersonating that role hung up on my husband when they disagreed about what I ordered. My husband was calm and civil with the guy, so it is very rude and unprofessional for him to just hang up on the call.
