::The worst Starbucks ever. The barista was very rude. They didn't have the drink which I wanted and refused to give me a refund.

::I came here and ordered 2 drinks and a sandwich. The young man behind the counter was pleasant, however Mishell (sp) was absolutely RUDE!!!! I frequent Starbucks quite often and have always received great customer service. Her CS skills were the WORST. I simply was making a statement about star points and she very rudely said " we don't have a QR reader",which would have been fine had she not been so obnoxious about it. No wonder they only have 3 star rating at this location. Do yourself a favor and go across the parking lot much friendlier service.

::Went last night for coffee and hot chocolate before walking to see the tree. They said they had no decaf, but they had pour over. Oh yeah that's decaf. They had NO sugar. In a coffee place. They had to make hot chocolate twice because it was luke warm the first time and slightly warm the second time. She forgot our cakes. Neither girl smiled once. I get it, they don't want to be there, but they're getting paid and it was $13 for absolutely the worst experience ever.

::I'm giving it a four because of Ashley. She went above and beyond to fix a bad experience. My kid smacked my coffee over and it went everywhere! She replaced it and helped my daughter not to feel so embarrassed, which she was. Starbucks is Starbucks but Ashley made it a better experience.

::Everytime I go here there is a huge line inside and out. The drive thru line is not speedy by any means. I don't understand how they could always be understaffed or just hiring incompetent workers.
