  Nice atmosphere. Relaxing music. Prices are a little high, but staff is very welcoming and friendly!

  Significantly more expensive than other Starbucks. Simply a cup of tea cost about twice here($5.58 to $3.26). What make it worst, this one might be the first Starbucks in the world without wifi. Horrible experience!

  If I could give no stars, that is what I would do! I stopped at this Starbucks two days in a row, before going into the Hilton Chicago. On the first afternoon, I was told they couldn't make my a frappe because the machine was already cleaned ( I was there an hour prior to closing time!). The second day, the lady in front of me was told also that her order could not be made because they "didn't want to clean the machine again that late in the day!" I walked out again without service. PLEEEESE!! Is this a business or not!!

  it was all ok, really good service. i just wish it has more tables and chairs. the attendant forgot one of my orders but she immediately solved it.
