  Just shut the whole thing down. I work in the mall so I go there often and they have gotten my order right about 4 times out of about 50. I keep on giving them chances to get it right time and time again. I pay an extra dollar for almond milk because I am lactose intolerant and I am always getting whole milk. Or they take forever to complete my order.

  Went there on the evening of March 16 with my wife and we both ordered Pikes tall coffee. The girl who took our order was very busy texting on her cellphone. The coffee was horrible. Very strong. The bottom of my cup was full of coffee grounds. Must have been the bottom of the urn.I had a stomach ache all that evening. Would never go to this Starbucks again.

  I'm a Starbucks fiend. Every time I go to Roosevelt Field, I grab a drink from Starbucks. On two occasions, I asked to redeem my stars to discount my drink and they forgot. Both times it occurred when they were flooded with customers. On one of those occasions, I noticed I was charged and the cashier promptly corrected it. This Starbucks gets a lot of customers so sometimes there is a long wait but every item I order from them, my order is correct and prepared to my satisfaction.

  I want to rave about this location giving me outstanding service every single time I visit. Jen and Lucas are amazing!!!! They always go above and beyond for me. I've been going to this Starbucks for years and I've never been disappointed.
