  Reckless and very mediocre service knowing that the place was almost empty with few customers inside and at least 3 employees just chatting and hanging out instead of doing their jobs making sure their customers are happy with their drinks and the milk bar is stocked ; most of the time if u go there around 1:30-2pm there is no milk, u always have to ask for it and there is always negligence in cleanliness!!!! What a sorrow that Starbucks is degrading and losing their reliability in terms of good experience and good quality products!!!!!

  Very nice Starbucks Coffee store in between 54th & Lexington Ave. They have nice seating area fits for weekend friends gathering and do your study computer work. The restroom was like other NYC Starbucks store, needed the tender loving care and you would need a code to enter. I loved the atmosphere there, no hassle and very relaxing. friendly staff, nice customers, no big crowd. I’ll definitely come back here again.

  I came here to kill a little time before meeting some friends for dinner. Nice staff, good tea (I'm not a coffee person). I would have expected easier access to a power outlet so I could give my camera phone a little boost, but there was only one outlet visible and the seat was taken. For a place that encourages people to stay and relax, I thought this would be more commonplace. Not a frequent visitor of coffee shops, but I would come back again if I needed a quick beverage and was nearby.

  They never have Blond roast and are very slow to serve you. I always have to settle for Pike roast. I decided not to return and try Dunkin Donut or Seven Eleven. I would give zero stars, but that's not possible.
