  Quick and simple. I can shop and get my Starbucks in the same place! Love it.

  Every time I come to this store, I'm less satisfied than the time before. I work in the same shopping center, so when I get a Starbucks craving, this is the logical place to go. However, this location truly does not operate the same way the other stores do, and it's rare that I won't have some kind of problem. On multiple occasions, I've had to wait an excess of 10 minutes for one simple drink. The employees rarely know how to make the drinks there without having to look it up (which takes even longer.) In addition to my previous issues, I was also denied a refill that I get as a gold member. Just like someone else reviewing with the same problem, it was never an issue at this location before. The employees here really just never seem to know what they're doing, and it's extremely frustrating when you're in a rush, as I often am while taking a quick lunch break and walking over.

  Truly should have listened to the negative reviews here. One person taking orders and fixing drinks, so after a 5 minute wait in line, get the news! The steamer is down, unfortunately.... If you're going to run a business then run it!

  Seriously.. 15 mintue wait for 2/3 of a venti that was supposed to be hot but was ice cold... wow..
