::I have avoided Starbuck's like this plague, but this morning, I bought coffee and pastry. A bit slow, but not bad drink at all.

::The barista that makes this Starbucks is Jessie. She always goes above and beyond every day to ensure she’s kind to each customer. Lines can get long at this location and seating can fill up, the the staff does a good job of getting through everyone.

::Because it's on the University of Minnesota campus, it is always super busy with students all day long. It's a great place for doing homework if you like working in a busy, noisy environment. It is very large, so there is usually a place to sit, but you often have to share a table with strangers. It's less busy at night and that's when I recommend bringing a friend if you want to go there to socialize. When there's a line it always moves at a decent pace and usually the wait for drinks is not super long. I like it because it's large and fancy. It's also connected to The Graduate Hotel, so you can go straight there and do homework if you want to. The coffee is great. The staff is friendly.

::I have gone to this Starbucks 2-3 times per week for the past 3 years and I don’t think I’ve ever had a good experience here. It is your average campus Starbucks complete with aloof employees, seat hoarding students sipping the same cup of coffee for 4 hours, and slow service. There is a library less than 200’ this location, but all of the seats are always taken by students with a 3/4 empty cup of tepid tea. Sadly the only alternatives are the other Starbucks on campus or Caribou Coffee in Moos Tower. I would love an alternative, but sadly that doesn’t exist :-(

::Just over five minutes stayed there and two bad experiences. Don't be confused with the customer line; first come first served. And don't throw away straw. This Starbucks needs a serious HRM program. Educate them from a to z. A would be try to understand what customers say, and another A must be not to throw away straw to customers. I will not buy anything from this store again. Say me too if you agree.
