  First of all, outside the store (it was inside a Target) smelled completely like drugs. It was also very shady and sketchy driving in, and everyone I was with felt self-conscious. At the Starbucks area in the store, we were met with dirt on the displays and a big mess on the counter. There was a huge line but only two employees, but only one doing both taking orders and making drinks. When I tried to order, she first said she was out of all Frappuccinos, and then Mocha, even though about half of their drinks require mocha! We still ended up ordering, but it took like 15 minutes. I had time to go into the dirty (like, there was literally dirt on the floor), infested bathroom and look around the store. We then got our drinks, and both cringed when we tasted them. My drink literally tasted like nothing, and they completely forget to put the peppermint syrup in. My friend's order was wrong too, putting in so many pumps of peppermint syrup that he couldn't even drink it. And, since it was like 9PM, we got decafs, and they weren't even decaf! They also put whipped cream on both of our orders when we specifically told them not to. I am a huge Starbucks fan, and I am a gold member and a common customer, but this store really disappointed me.

  While on line a couple of weeks ago I noticed the display case was infested with tiny black flies!!! I was disgusted and did not buy anything. If the display is that nasty I can't imagine what I can't see. I like Starbucks but this location needs some serious improvements.
