  Usual Starbucks but the wait for hot food in the morning is way too long. I consistently waited 15 minutes for a bagel. They need a 2nd toaster or more efficient process.

  The staff is wonderful and ordering online is the way to go at 8:00 and after. There is a huge homeless crowd that hangs out here and asks for money. At times, the place gets really dirty! It’s in a great location!

  It'd an ok place if you want a quick bite to eat or a drink to refresh you but sometimes it does get crowded a bit. But the drinks are good though but downtown Austin is also a strange place for some people.

  Was only there once but coffee was good and plenty of noncustomers used the bathrooms. This location should serve as a model for all Starbucks to avoid the lunacy of what happened in Philadelphia. I recommend sitting at the counter near the bathrooms for the full experience.

  The Locals are friendly. The staffing is awesome and courteous. There are charging ports at every seating. The ambiance relaxed.The music pleasant. The coffee? It's Starbucks
