  Best Starbucks downtown. Friendly staff and efficient with both in-store and mobile orders. Crowded in the A.M. but ordering ahead will get you out fast. Plenty of seating for longer stays.

  Friendly staff, and always packed. I go here every day on my way to work. Wouldn't recommend somewhere else more highly. Great location!

  Great place to sit and have a chat with coffee in hand. Very friendly waitstaff with a high quality product. The location is prime and the wait time wasn’t too bad. Highly recommend.

  I love that this location carries the Starbucks Reserves. It's also incredibly convenient to the Aronoff so it's nice to get a pick-me-up before taking in a show. The last time I was here the girl working behind the counter seemed to be having some trouble with the process in making my drink. This wasn't a problem but she never spoke to me about it. Instead a woman who was sitting at the counter did all the communicating. From what I can tell she was most likely an employee who was there off the clock, but the whole thing was kind of odd.
