  This got to be the worst Starbucks I ever visit. The service is so horrible, people work there seem so bitter, apathetic and distant, it almost is as if they were forced to work there. I went there in two occasions, the second time I asked they lady if I could have Splenda ( now you have to ask for those things) she asked me how many, I said one, she handed my coffee and informed me she already put it on it, I was a little shocked by it, but took it anyway without complaining, I asked for a stirrer stick and she rolled her eyes but gave it to me anyway. When I got to my car and gave a sip to my coffee… bitter, she had not add any Splenda or sugar non! I would have preferred she not touching my coffee in the first place and second, if they were out of Splenda, just say “we are out” so I don’t have to feel deceived. Don’t go to this place.

  SBUX has more consistently provided me the typically precise recipes that I’ve usually ordered more often than other coffee cafe’s that I rarely patronize because of a few odd circumstances which leave me little alternatives for procuring even the unpopular odd beverages on limited, obscure, and avoidable menu option when what I really wish for is almost anything from Starbucks. “You know you want it!” At that point I a devices to find the nearest Starbucks. Even on the worst of days we should get the most satisfying beverages; morning, noon, or night. I’m still surprised how Starbucks has a secret menu that I never noticed being promoted. If you are new to drinking better cafe beverages, come when it isn’t busy. The employees are all usually wonderfully chatty. Especially at this location, off Powell Street. Tell them what kind of beverage you want. Ask them for advice. This location has the feel of a WiFi cafe. People watch; network; flirt; concentrate; stand; sit. Keep your eyes and ears open. Someone might want to talk. Lots of ways to plug in your electronics. Note: I don’t like signing-in to use WiFi. I don’t like being forced to do anything when it comes to my devices, or interfaces. I’m not sure why SBUX won’t let you use their WiFi without registering.

  Unfortunately, this store is often out of supplies. Come at the end of the day, and they'll be out of around half of possible drinks. Other than that, it's a Starbucks, so pretty standard- just be prepared for a backup order (and a backup to that backup)

  This place is nerve racking!! They play the loudest and most intense music as if they have planned it to kick the consumers out!! They start the type of cleaning coffee shops at closing or after closing by turning the chairs upwards on the tables …. At 6pm when they are suppose to close at 8pm. Most of the times they even kick all the costumers out at around 4-5pm saying that they are doing the daily cleaning!! This place is the most unwelcoming and worse Starbucks I have ever been to! The picture you see is at 6:30 while they are suppose to close at 8pm!! I think they even goof around with their WIFI!!

  The place was filthy. Looked like they hadn’t cleaned all day. Came to get coffee and work. No outlets. Yes, they also messed up my order. Literally a regular coffee with some syrup shots. Never seen a Starbucks so bad.
