  LaVera was my barista today, my first time seeing her. I frequent here for a drink during my lunch hour and normally interact with Cindy (who is wonderful). My experience with LaVera was very different, she obviously didn’t want to be at work. Made me a soy chai that tasted like dirty dish water. I’ve never met a barista that couldn’t make a decent soy chai. Also charged me for a grande when i asked for a tall. Won’t be buying anymore drinks from her. 🤮🤮

  I go here regularly, and am becoming increasingly frustrated with their lack of urgency and timing. The coffee is good, but takes too long.
