They charged at least a dollar more per drink than the prices they had on the menu board but when I checked the receipt and complained they said they weren’t in charge of what the menu board says. (This is the official menu board where all the drinks are listed.) Who then is in charge? I said if we didn’t care about prices we’d buy all ventis and not get talls.

This is the second Starbucks that I visit and where the customer service is horrible. We went in at 5:58 PM to buy a coffee, they close at 6:00 PM but we had not realized that it was time to close because we are in the mall... the cashier, a chubby girl, tells us very bad so that "let's order quickly because they are going to close and we have to leave the premises". I would have preferred that they did not sell us the cafes and that they had told us that they were already closed!

I really want to like this location as it’s so convenient and the baristas are so sweet, but the service here is so slow it’s absolutely unusable for ferry commuters. An empty store with only 2 people ahead of me on line should not have me waiting 10 minutes and still not getting my order taken. I’ve started coming here only if I have 20 minutes to catch the ferry and still I find myself leaving the store without ordering, or even missing my boat after paying and then having a simple order not get to me in a reasonable time.

Every time I come here, I am greeted with a smile.. The staff (specifically the morning staff *Chrissy*) is amazing and they all pay close attention to detail. This Starbucks is the only one on Staten Island that I know of that gives 20% to Officers. So I appreciate that as well

This is only Starbucks with direct view of the Statue of Liberty and amazing NYC skyline views. Sitting available inside and a lot of public sits outside. Or you can take a walk along the shore with your favorite cup of coffee or tea.
