  pretty sure the entire staff is new but everytime i come in something is wrong with my order. came in for a mobile order pick up, theres about 4-5 making drinks and no one helping until you say something. ordered the two vegetarian options and i only checked the label which was correct and by the time i got to my work (i was already late at this point cause of waiting) they gave me one with bacon. im a vegetarian.

  Since the former manager “Pequita” and her staff left, the place went downhill. Now they just want to take your money asap without providing you service, I stopped going there.

  I got half pink drink, less than half vanilla foam and 20% air lol it’s not the first time this happens on this location, never ordering here again

  No seating. All the seats were closed off. They have supplies and so forth stacked where people could be standing. It was a zoo this morning. The floors were dirty. Staff was nice. Wouldn’t have sucked as bad if the other Starbucks down the street didn’t have the cafe closed. What’s up Starbucks? No love in west Chula?

  I ordered a Venti Brsg Otm Es lithe ice and this is what si literally got almost half a cup with half of it ice. I’m not one to complain but honestly this was the worst experience ever 🙁
