  Exceptional service, however it may take a while to get your order if you wait. Most people order online and come to pick up their drinks. No drive thru, and the parking is a tight squeeze from the road, not much room to maneuver. That's par for the course for a restaurant near downtown in a historical area. Shops are packed closely together. However, drinks are always right, and they (the employees) make a point to ask you how your day is going.

  The staff here are great. It's my favorite Starbucks in Charlotte.

  Staff is friendly and helpful and not at all racist 😀 With the issues about Starbucks in the news, I thought it was important to point this out.

  Not sure why my name is butchered after I spell it out for you. Barista wasn't the friendliest, just stood there and looked at me without saying a word. However, drink was on point.
