::Imagine Starbucks coffee with pike coffee taste like water and without fresh brewed dark roast coffee. All that you will find it at this location. Young employee. No customer service experience. Senior employee try to lie about the coffee freshness when asked. Please owner of this place I know it got so busy but at least keep Starbucks coffee prestige in mind. At the end I was forced to drink coffee taste like water. Thank you Starbucks.

::Absolutely crazy line!! We waited 10 minutes just to order, and then just gave up. If they know that they are busy between 11-1, why do not they use more people? I thought Starbucks was all about here and now and asap. I think that since they are located in a busy mall, they should have the ability to offer coffee in less than 10 minutes, and when you wait for 15, and do not even get to the point that you order the coffee, this is ridiculous.
