  street parking friendly Baristas would love samples great for people watching good size patio nice food options too pricey

  The coffee and latte are good but the window snack/food is not the best of choice other than a quick bite.

  This place is awesome, i go there every morning, and the people there are great!! Its a wonderful place, everyone is so peaceful.
