  "I go here often before work and have NEVER had a good experience here. The same women are always working. The one who usually takes my orders is often short and rude with her customers (I heard her be rude with another customer only minutes ago) and the one who usually makes the drinks almost always gets the order wrong and has to remake it. If there were a Starbucks closer to me I would certainly go there instead. I have disliked my service here for a long time, but decided to write a review today because I am currently overhearing the two of them complain about customers and how they have been receiving bad reviews. Well, here's another one.
