  Do not ask for your drink to be remade if it is incorrect because you might get a little surprise at the end. I order a Venti Cinnamon Roll frappuchino with soy, which I guess is difficult to make since no one can read the recipe off the register. The drink was made incorrectly so my husband proceeded to ask for it to be remade and the barista proceeded to huff and then launch it into the trash can. It was remade and looked correct. He brought it to me at work and I just got down to the bottom when I found this little surprise in the bottom of my cup. I don't want to speculate but it looks like the top seal to the soy milk. I reached out to corporate about it and will hopefully be hearing from the District Manager. Starbucks is about to loose a serious customer since they cannot seem to make a drink correctly or treat their customers decently. The barista who made my drink needs to either be better with customers or needs to look for a job that doesn't involve being face to face with a customer.

  The people are not friendly here, at all. Not even a smile. What kind of service is that? The food came quick though, so gave 2 stars for that.

  Only reason for 3 stars is lack of parking and traffic issues. Always busy and popular but limited space. Cars backup into the street waiting in line at times. Always friendly staff and good service.

  This Starbucks is very easy to spot in MetroCenter. Upon arrival the outside of the store was clean and tidy and there was plenty of space for me to park. Once inside the store, I was greeted immediately by an employee with a smile. The floors were clean, tables were clean without crumbs or garbage and no overflowing trash or dirty creamer area. Throughout the store, there were creative displays of merchandise and sale items such as mugs, travel drink containers, seasonal decor, coffee makers/pressed and a variety of beans, teas and k-cup merchandise. The line starting to form behind me, however, the employees worked together seamlessly and appeared to make the order and checkout process go quickly for everyone. The cashier who assisted me was very pleasant, offered assistance when I was choosing between drinks and rang me up quickly and professionally. From the moment I stepped into the store until the time I left, all of the above made my visit a pleasant one.
