  I go to lots of Starbucks and this one is not friendly. Homeless like to hang out in the small lobby. The last 2 times I visited this one, I was ignored for several minutes. When I was help, no greeting or even asking me what I wanted to order, Rai, came to the counter and waited for me to acknowledge her. My name was not taken and part of my order waited at the counter until i realized it was there. There is another Starbucks just as close, but with friendly staff. I wont be coming back anytime soon.

  No comfortable chairs, the team is completely involved with their phone app orders, and Starbuck isn't my favorite coffee anyway- I just needed a spot to kill a couple of hours. Sure won't be making this a spot to go to again.

  Take your love of Starbucks and go elsewhere, quickly. I have had two bad experiences here and each time tried to give them another chance. The last time was the final straw. I ordered a drink with some specific instructions. I asked the man to please repeat it because the last time I didn't and the it was wrong- to which the lady at the window began arguing and yelling at me. Her coworkers had to pull her away. This gentleman responded to my request with an audible "sigh" and said "fine". He repeated the order and had something wrong, to which I said "no, I want and extra scoop not a pump (difference btwn the powder and syrups). He responded with "yah whatever". I told him to cancel the order I would go elsewhere. He said " Go ahead". There are two young ladies who work there (one girl who I think is black and another who has (Caucasian w curly hair. They are ALWAYS pleasant. However, going there is not worth risking an encounter with the other two.

  With a great location and the huge parking lot shared with Bel Air and other businesses this store is busy all day. Great customer service from a friendly staff. Pastries always fresh and healthy snack boxes available for breakfast or lunch.
