  The staff were very rude to us and made fun of us in another language not knowing we understood

  1. Either their hours are wrongly posted ( outside says open at 6am) or the employees keep the door locked until multiple people are waiting outside 2. Trash usually overflowing onto floor 3. Bathrooms usually unsanitary

  It's Starbucks. Overpriced coffee. But, they had a free bathroom in the middle of Kenmore Square so it was worth the price is the coffee!

  Two stars only due to the iced tea being okay. I would avoid this one if at all possible. BU owns it so they do not do the rewards program here, and even a Gold card member can not get a refill like at other Starbucks. They give you a second for 25 cents less.

  It's Starbucks, so friendly staff and quality services. Finding a place to sit requires skill with a hat pin.
