  BECAUSE THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO ANSWER THE PHONE AND THERE A BUSINESS AND THEY NEED TO ANSWER THE PHONES THATS THE WHOLE POINT IF HAVING THEM RIGHT?

  The heavier set white lady is always rude, she has green hair. First experience she was going to get tags off the teddy bear for us and literally was talking to her co workers for 6 minutes before she left. Very un considerate. All of the staff is super slow and the lady I was just commenting about is super rude I went to grab to my coffee and she pretty much snapped at me to tell me it was someone elsez
