  Baristas seem not too happy and certainly rubs off on their work, and their interaction with customers. Saw one Barista have a tirade with a customer about getting the order wrong. Wow!! Others not as extreme just not into their job it appears. Other Starbucks have more laid back Baristas that enjoy their job. I think it’s probably the management otherwise how can they keep hiring the same level of unhappiness at one place consistently.

  This Starbucks is okay...drinks can come out pretty slow. Other than that, no complaints. This store seems to be always busy at any time of day

  I frequently come here and do work when I visit from Ireland. The staff are great and I love the vibe in this place. Great location also.

  I hope THIS LOCATION WILL BE CLOSED FOR RACIAL-BIAS TRAINING.They need it URGENTLY! What happened in Philly's Starbucks was not accidental but inevitable before Starbucks takes their management and recruiting seriously. I lived in Fort lee for years. I witnessed how the employees of this location treated the customers and their orders. Unfortunately I experienced once myself in the summer of 2016, the employees were not well-trained and the new girl kept messing up my orders and said it was the my fault(I simply ordered one tall black coffee with syrup) and the other Spanish-speaking employee jumped in and wanted me to leave. What's more, the store manager at that time act like sarcastic and non-apologetic to me. I tried to contact their district manager, she never called back. In 2017, I was on a business trip to California, and ran into a Starbucks executive who was inspecting one main store in that city. I didn't know who he was until he seated himself next to me and asked me about how do I like their products and store experience etc . While talking I told him my bad experience (above) and my thoughts on management. More details about that talk I can't expose here but his feedback was impressive.
