::Super loud due to hard surfaces everywhere and that darn espresso machine. Then the staff started blasting the club music. Good luck concentrating or taking a phone call.

::Food was slow, drinks were fast. Inside 5 Manhattan West, which has a fairly small entry way. It does not have its own entrance.

::My husband comes in here a lot to get sandwiches and mochas. But one of the baristas made a snap judgement when my husband asked if he could check if he had rewards on the card. The guy asked my husband where he found the card. To which my husband replied “uh, in my wallet?”. The guy never checked the rewards and just processed the order resulting in my husband having to pay. Fine, no problem because my husband just assumed we didn’t have rewards since he wound up paying. But when he told me that I knew something was off because I specifically remember there being at least one reward on our account, sure enough I checked and we had two rewards. The barista assumed my husband found the card on the street and didn’t even bother checking it. These people need to get it together. Don’t assume my husband found the card just bc he asked you if you could check it for rewards. Not everyone can use the app (my husband hardly ever gets service in his work place so he doesn’t even bother with most of his apps so he doesn’t get to check what’s on there). I mean, I know this is not a big deal but this whole situation just pissed me off. Your baristas should ask more questions if they suspect stuff like that.

::This is an incredibly slow Starbucks location. Even if you order online you’re always waiting. Especially in a building that has 10+ floors of 100+ workers, service should be incredibly fast. Update: I talked to a barista at this location and asked why my nitro cold brew wasn’t always ready for me. She said it was a store requirement that they wait for the customer to be there, in store before they pour. -1 Star for Starbucks as a company because that makes no sense to me.

::Worst Starbucks ever. 20 minutes to prepare a coffe, and by the way, it was the wrong one, and not even an apology. No music, the only sound you could hear was the staff talking to each other. Really bad service.
