  Esther is the sweetest barista and my order always tastes so much better when I have her as my barista! She’s very warm and remembers my name when I go! Very happy with my experience at this Starbucks because of her

  I come almost daily to this Starbucks. More than 3 weeks ago the bathrooms are supposedly damaged, I asked an employee who told me "we changed all the pipes so that's the delay". For me it was a good explanation, but today I am here again and I have seen how the "friends" of the employees enter the bathroom and they say it at full voice that they can use the bathroom. I consider that I am a client too and if I buy 1 or more drinks I deserve to be able to use the bathroom. It is a pity the little supervision that there is this place.

  Had a bad bathroom experience once. They were too busy to stop and get me some toilet paper. I know now to use the bathroom elsewhere. Other than that, great service if you're a regular. Average service if you're not. 3/28/2018 update. Had a better experience this time.

  I literally come to this location at least 3-4 times a week. Usually my drink is always right and my food items as well. But i’m just leaving the place now and ordered a white hot chocolate that was straight plain milk and sugar. Usually when i get the drink its good and u can actually taste the quality of the ingredients in it, but this time its way off. I understand that you are busy preclosing , but that shouldn’t compromise the guest experience. Probably will no go back here especially if the crew that was here tonight are the ones on site. Usually this place has great employees i guess its on auto pilot tonight.

  I love the atmosphere, and the music. Also, the staff is great. Vinny and Graciela, were the 2 barrister's that I like being served by. I enjoy the fringe benefits of having a Starbucks card, where you earn star points for every $1.00 you spend earns you 2 stars, and once you accumulate 125 stars, you can get Free Drinks, and Food. That's Great. If you want to be educated about coffee, speak with Vinny.
