::Poor service. My sister and I both ordered drinks and my sister received hers half full, so I asked the barista to fill it the rest of the way. The barista got an attitude, blaming the half full drink on her district manager. When she made my drink next, she just dumped the acia juice and coconut milk in the cup, didn't shake it or stir it at all, and practically slammed it on the counter.

::Why are these baristas so horrible? I literally just asked for my mobile order (they never send the app notice that it's ready) and she huffed and slammed my drink down. Every single worker here has MAJOR attitude issues.

::I've been going to this Starbucks for a couple of weeks, since I started a new job. Several of the baristas aren't happy to be there, and their sour attitude is obvious. One was slamming all the containers down as she moved through her drink orders. And I don't think they follow the recipes. I usually order a blonde vanilla latte, and it never tastes like they added vanilla. Today, I also tried the strawberry smoothie, and it was a white pasty color, not the bright pink they show on the app--I suspect they forgot to add strawberry juice to the blender. It's frustrating to go to a company that's standardized across the WORLD, but this one location can't seem to get it right and with a good attitude.

::Typical Starbucks. Drink and breakfast food were as expected. The barista seemed very overwhelmed by the mobile order situation. May be helpful to have someone additionally in charge of helping the mobile order people. Had to wait 3-5min after I got there to get my order even though my order was done and just sitting off to the side.

::Been here a lot over the last couple months. Don’t know what part of “no room for cream” is so hard for the employees here to understand. I also don’t want to hear employees complaining about their job. I don’t care about your personal problems-your job is to serve coffee, not complain.
